Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring freight delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for arrival. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable. A restocking fee may apply to oversized items.
Does Zurn offer assembly services for furniture?
Yes, we offer White Glove Delivery and Assembly for an additional fee at checkout. Our professional team will deliver the item to your room of choice, assemble it, and remove all packaging materials.
How can I be sure of the fabric color and wood finish before ordering?
We understand that digital screens can vary. You can order up to five material swatches for free to ensure the textures and colors perfectly match your home's aesthetic before committing to a large purchase.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Zurn furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper cleaning.
